I don't think about it every day, but definitely often. Awhile ago I decided that I really didn't like the name Jackson. I still love the name Jack though. But now that I am thinking about it, I don't know that it would be the *right* name for a little boy of mine. I am VERY stuck on the name Dima and sad that I don't think Clayton would ever agree to it. So this is the updated list for boys. Connor I've taken off because, even though I do love the name, like Jack, I just don't think it is right for a boy of mine. Especially if he is anything like Maddox. He'll need a much spunkier name.
Boy Names:
* Dima
* Dylan
* Ira
Possible FULL Boy Names:
* Dima William
* Dylan Eero
* Dylan Russell
* Ira William
* Ira David
As for girls... My top pick will always be Faelyn Audrey. I still like all the names I have chosen, and no new ones. So I'll post those names (except I'm going to take off Audrey as I most likely wouldn't use it as a first name because it's my grandmothers first name) and then the possible full names.
Girl Names:
* Ella
* Emma
* Faelyn
* Zoe
Possible FULL Girl Names:
* Ella Lorraine
* Emma Elizabeth
* Emma Ruth
* Faelyn Audrey
* Zoe Ruth
* Zoe Lucille
* Zoe Elizabeth
I think I basically get to make the calls if we have a girl. Now that I type out all the possibilities that I like, they are all really cute names.
I'm going to have to get a traditional baby name book to look at more boys names though. All the baby name websites have WAY too many names and way too many GOOFY names. I'm not giving my child a Hebrew, Arabic, African, etc name. Nothing against those names, but a blonde-haired, blue-eyed boy named Abdulrahman, just doesn't seem right. I do have to admit that I like Japanese names though. There is just something so charming about names like Ashitaka, Akihiro, Fujiko, Agito, Keiichi, etc.. I could go on. Seriously.. I'm whacky!
