Maddox's Other Halloween Costume

Morning Sickness

Morning Sickness started in a couple days ago. It's hard to get up in the morning, it fades a bit, and than comes back full force in the evening. It's hard to eat a decent amount, it's impossible to drink almost anything at all.

Today is a better day and I've already had a plate of stroganoff and half a bottle of water, but now after a nap, I'm feeling sick again. I haven't taken my vitamin yet today. I'm waiting for this evening before I go to bed. I'm hoping that's the reason for the M/S and that if I take it before I go to bed every night that I will feel better during the day.

And so it starts...

"First I go upstairs, then I go in the kitchen, then I open the fridge, then I pick up CHEEEEEEEEESE!" "Yeah, Is that ok with you? Yeah!"

He can go into the refrigerator himself and get cheese. He even got the cheese open by himself.

"I go upstairs, in the kitchen, and get some cheese again?"

Pumpkin Patch Pictures

Maddox, Clayton, and I went to the pumpkin patch with Auntie Amy, Uncle Kerry, Dante, Ana, and Kaden. Apple Jacks Orchard. I was disappointed in their "pumpkin patch". I thought it was going to be large like the one we have gone to the past couple years (Pine Tree Apple Orchard), but it was really really small. Their selection was OK and we found some pretty good pumpkins. It was really hot and humid out though and Maddox was bright red the entire time.

We had cold apple cider (Maddox's came in a plastic Jack-O-Lantern), bought a 1/4 a peck of Haralson Apples, and a frozen Strawberry Rhubarb pie (that is in the oven right now!). We need to bring over some pie to my sister. She was going to buy it (the last one left), but decided it would melt by the time they got home. We wanting one too but didn't know she had grabbed the last one. Luckily it was still there after she put it back and we came by and grabbed it.

Maddox has been really sad lately. He walks around all day mopping, whining, and crying. He's not being annoying or frustrating. He is just miserable and sad. I've asked him if he's sad and he says yes. I've asked him "why" and "do you know why" and he shakes his head no. I feel so sad for him. He still does have his happy moments, but mostly he's sad. It's been a week and he is also eating non-stop. I don't know what to do with the kid...

Just a little run down of our babies conception!

Sept 4th/5th - LMP in middle of the night.

Sept 13th - CD9 - First BD
Sept 15th - CD11 - Second BD
Sept 16th - Mommy catches first cold in over a year!
Sept 17th - Likely O date/conception

Sept 19th - Feeling PMS
Sept 29th - No PMS, FIL's Parents drive me crazy! Feeling crampy. BFN.
Oct 2nd - The bathroom smells terrible, so does the peanut butter, and so does my newly cleaned towel. I almost threw up brushing my teeth.

Oct 3rd - Took BBT, still high. BFP!!!
Oct 4th - I have morning sickness already and feel exhausted! It's hard not to eat everything in site.

While I was pregnant with Faye, I kept a blog here on blogger.com. After she was born, I made her a LiveJournal using her initials and birth date as her user name. While I was using Blogger.com, I had this quote as the blog description. I moved it to LiveJournal and now I'm moving it back here.

Pregnant

Today I found out that I am pregnant. 4 Weeks and 2 Days. Estimated Due Date is between 6.9.2008 and 6.11.2008.

First I was happy, then I thought "oh crap!" It's funny how you can think "what the heck did I get myself into" and at the same time be worried because the first trimester is such a touchy one. I have cramps and feel like I'm getting my period. It's normal, it happened last time too (as it does with all pregnant woman), but it is still scary.
