This Is Isabella

Today, Maddox and I babysat Isabella (momoluvable) for a little while. She is such a good little girl! She hardly made a single fuss! Maddox really liked her (except the part where I touch her or she plays with his toys) and she really liked to watch him.

A new tooth!

Tooth #9 (which was SUPPOSED to be tooth #5, 6, 7, or 8) popped through on the 23rd/24th.

Maddox was being a super big cranky butt and would not sleep through a night. He woke up 2-3 days in a row at several different hours throughout each night (10pm, 1am, 2am, etc) and got up for the day at 4am, twice! I thought he might be getting a tooth (suspected a different one), but it had been bulging for a month now and I didn't think that it could cause him to not sleep. Turns out it WAS a tooth, the weird thing is that the area was never big or swollen or bumpy, it just popped up out of nowhere!

Maddox decided that he was just way too tired to wait until we got home to go to bed.. so he made himself comfy on the tray of his stroller and passed out!

Graduation Party

Grandma and Grandpa Miller went to a Gradutation party in Lindstrom, MN and Maddox, Clayton and I went with. Maddox really liked it up there. He loved the lake. And there was a dog. We brought Maddox on the pontoon and he really liked that!

This was a good day! Maddox brought to me a beautiful engagement ring and Clayton purposed! So we are now engaged!! And the wedding is set for May 5th, 2007! Aren't you excited!!

And then we met with Aunty Amy and the kids and went to the park! Maddox played very nicely with his cousins and he even leaned in to take Kaden by the hand!

Apparently (according to my camera's internal clock), we went to grandma mary's and swam, painted at home, and hung out on the patio all in one day! We don't usually paint that late in the day..... but maybe?!

Seriously Maddox! Nobody is going to steal your toys if you carry them one at a time.

On Memorial Day, Maddox, Clayton, and I went to our Playgroup. Maddox and I go every Monday, but since Clayton was home due to the Holiday, he got to join us! Maddox loves playing with his friends. He even has started to share with him. He's taken a likely to Riley lately. I understand though, he is a pretty cool dude!

Later in the evening, the three of us went over to Jess and Dans house for Dinner. Maddox sat down and started to play with Autumn immediately.. not very Maddox-ish! He really enjoyed following her around and mimicking her. She really liked having him follow her around!

Sunday of Memorial Weekend, Grandma Diane and Grandpa Kirby had family over for a BBQ. Maddox had a REAL good time playing with Sam. Greatgrandpa Jahnke was also able to hold him.... as long as I was stuffing his face with cake! He gave out lots of dirty looks and lots of happy looks - overall, mostly happy!
